Buyer Responsibilities
Financial Obligations You are responsible for all purchase costs, delivery fees, and lifetime care expenses including veterinary care, grooming, nutrition, and training.
Care and Supervision Requirements
- Provide constant appropriate supervision, especially for puppies under 6 months
- Maintain secure environments preventing escape or injury
- Never leave puppies unsupervised outdoors
- Ensure indoor living with climate control (Cavapoos are house dogs)
Commitment to Humane Treatment You must provide:
- Premium-quality nutrition and fresh water daily
- Regular veterinary care including annual wellness exams
- Professional grooming and daily exercise appropriate to age
- Affection, companionship, and mental stimulation
- Prompt medical attention when needed
Veterinary Care
- Schedule veterinary exam within 72 hours of receiving your puppy (required)
- Complete vaccination series per veterinarian recommendations
- Maintain annual wellness examinations throughout dog's life
- We recommend delaying spay/neuter until 12-14 months for proper development
Liability Acknowledgment You accept full responsibility for your dog's actions after placement. Allen Cavapoo Pups cannot be held liable for future damages, injuries, or incidents caused by your Cavapoo.
Communication Agreement You grant Allen Cavapoo Pups permission to contact you periodically to verify your dog's wellbeing. You must immediately notify us if you can no longer provide care or if serious health/behavioral issues arise.
Allen Cavapoo Pups Guarantees
Health Certification Your puppy is guaranteed healthy at placement with:
- Current vaccinations and deworming completed
- Licensed veterinary health certificate
- Freedom from contagious diseases at time of transfer
- Complete medical records and vaccination schedule
Registration and Documentation
- Complete registration paperwork for your Cavapoo
- Microchip pre-registered in your name
- Parent dogs' pedigree information when applicable
- Transfer of ownership documentation
Temperament Guarantee Your puppy demonstrates stable, friendly temperament with extensive socialization and no concerning behavioral issues at placement.
72-Hour Health Verification
- You must obtain veterinary exam within 72 hours of receiving puppy
- If veterinarian identifies pre-existing health issues, you may return puppy for full refund
- Allen Cavapoo Pups covers return transportation costs
- Provide us with veterinary report within 5 days
30-Day Satisfaction Period If experiencing bonding difficulties or the match isn't right, contact us within 30 days to discuss exchange or return options.
Ownership and Rehoming Terms
Lifetime Return Guarantee If you cannot continue caring for your Cavapoo at any age:
- Notify Allen Cavapoo Pups first before making other arrangements
- We will accept your dog back and arrange appropriate rehoming
- Your Cavapoo will never enter a shelter system
Transfer Approval Required Any third-party ownership transfer requires written approval from Allen Cavapoo Pups. We reserve the right to deny transfers not in the dog's best interest.
Strictly Prohibited You may never:
- Sell, lease, or transfer to pet stores, breeding operations, or research facilities
- Surrender to shelters without notifying us first
- Abandon or allow your dog to become stray
Violations result in legal action, financial penalties, and potential reclamation of the dog.
Agreement Acknowledgment
By completing your purchase, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. This agreement remains binding for your dog's entire lifetime and is enforceable under applicable state law.
